FSi Spokane's Projects

Our recent work includes renovations on the second floor of downtown Spokane’s M Building, smoke control systems consulting at Spokane’s Old City Hall, boiler replacements for Providence at the Sacred Heart Complex, and controls upgrades for Leavitt Realty at the Central Business Park complex in Spokane Valley. Other clients include the Spokane Airport Board, Walla Walla Public Libraries, Washington Beef, and Montgomery Realty.

One of our flagship projects is the Richland School District’s Teaching, Learning, and Administration Center (TLAC). The $10 million project consolidated district functions and replaced the 70-year-old administration building that was a repurposed grocery store. FSi was the mechanical engineer for the project, providing HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design. The facility opened in 2020 and is serving the district’s needs with beauty and efficiency.
