Milissa brings a passion for people that brought her into Human Resources where she manages all things HR for FSi. Over the course of her career, she has been an office manager, a health coach, and an HR professional. She draws on all of this background in her role at FSi, and having grown up with a father who was an engineer, she considers the company to be an ideal fit for her background.
Providing structure to the organization, implementing DEI policies, and being a resource for employees are parts of the job she really loves. “My clients are FSi’s employees and leaders,” she says. “It’s my job to see that each person and the organization as a whole have the resources they need to be successful.”
Married to her best friend since 2004, Milissa loves spending time with her husband and her daughter. She’s also an avid reader and knows there is no such thing as too many books. On the weekends, you may find her enjoying the outdoor life in Utah, making things with wood, or dressed in period costumes as a part of a competitive shooting organization she’s been a part of for many years.
