As FSi’s Marketing and Business Development Coordinator, Mckenzie is FSi’s “Yes Woman”—always prepared to tackle a deadline, jump into learning something new, and put her best foot forward. In 2020, she received her BA in Professional Writing and Visual Communications with an emphasis on Design from Idaho State University, which is a few hours southeast of her hometown of Boise, ID.
Mckenzie has been in the AEC industry since 2023 and is now a self-proclaimed “AEC Marketing nerd”. She feels like AEC marketing is the perfect fit for her skillset and interests and is looking forward to fostering a career here at FSi. She is an active member of SMPS, serving on the Special Events committee.
Mckenzie made Seattle her home in 2020 and has loved every minute of exploring all the PNW has to offer, whether it’s exploring a new hiking trail or swimming spot or enjoying fresh oysters on the half shell. She loves to attend concerts in the city, trying new recipes or happy hour spots, and enjoying time with friends. She likes to stay active by running, doing yoga and barre, and trying new workout classes with friends. If she isn’t in Seattle, she is checking off another destination on her list with her partner, her recent trips including Mexico City and Maui, HI.
