Kyla joined FSi bringing a degree in sociology and more than 10 years of experience in staff and human resource management. Her direct communication skills and outgoing personality make her a natural fit for her position. She supports FSi’s employees with their questions about payroll and benefits, as well as focusing on recruiting great people to join the team.
Outside of work, Kyla is happy to have time to spend with her family including her high school sweetheart turned husband Irving, daughter Mia, and their pets Pepper (dog), and kitties Luna and Portobello. They are avid Sounders fans who hold season tickets, and also love taking road trips and traveling up and down the West coast.
Kyla is a proud UW Husky who comes from a mixed family of Huskies and Cougars, making gatherings around Apple Cup time extra exciting.
