Since joining FSi in 2005, Kevin Chadwick has focused on giving his clients exceptional design and top-notch service. His commitment to the company and culture made him a great choice for principal, a title he received in 2016. With his excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills, he managed some of FSi’s largest projects, including new paint hangars and academic buildings, as well as large industrial renovation projects. His clients include the Port of Seattle, The Boeing Company, and King County.

FSi has a team that works very closely with Boeing, and which Kevin leads. He has personally contributed to 200+ active and completed projects at Boeing. Boeing projects nearly all require a unique system or solution, and absolutely meeting the project schedule. Kevin has used what he has learned in the course of this work to lead successful projects at every Boeing site in the Pacific Northwest, as well as for other large industrial clients and public agencies.

Growing up in the Big Sky Country of Montana, Kevin spent summers touring the fair circuit, working with his family’s food business and teaching fish to be wary when he hits the river. He still loves to be outdoors. You can find him fishing in the summer and participating in snow sports in the winter. Kevin is always happy to talk about skiing, cotton candy, fly fishing, and how to make buildings perform better.
