FSi’s Business Development Director, Deneise Kopetzky, is a natural relationship-builder. Her love of the built environment brought her to the AEC industry more than 18 years ago and she has never looked back. With her natural curiosity and enthusiasm for meeting and working with a wide range of people, Deneise is a natural fit in the industry. Her personal values of authenticity, integrity, and community involvement make her a perfect fit for FSi.

Deneise has been involved in industry organizations throughout her career. She has been a member of SMPS Seattle since 2007, serving in director and committee roles. She has been an active member of CREW, NAIOP, A4LE, and WSSHE. She is passionate about building authentic relationships and bringing together people and firms to create the perfect teams for pursuits.

When she’s not in the office or at industry events, Deneise enjoys anything outdoors – hiking, camping, boating, and generally taking in the beauty of our environment. Her love of travel has taken her through much of the US and she recently took her first trip to Europe. As a lifelong Washingtonian, she remains convinced we live in the most beautiful state in the country.
