Experienced Electrical Engineer (Seattle, WA) (Hybrid Work Model)

FSi Engineers has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer with 10-15 years of experience. This opportunity includes facilities power design, infrastructure power distribution and lighting design, motor control center and automation system design, wiring diagrams, lighting controls, communication, and network (wired and wireless) systems design.

This is an opportunity for a mid-level engineer to grow, further develop their career, experience challenging projects, and implement new, cutting-edge designs.

Salary

$ 105,000 – $135,000 per year

Qualifications

  • 10-15 years of electrical engineering experience in the commercial, municipal, and light industrial markets (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited course of study in Electrical Engineering required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Knowledge and ability to do minor edits in AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Working knowledge of Bluebeam, fire alarm design, electrical power/controls design, lighting design, CAT or Cummins generator sizer programs is a plus.
  • Professional Engineer license required.
  • Understanding of Constructions Standards Institutes specification format.
  • Ability to collaborate with other disciplines
  • Ability to identify and organize manufacturer’s product data for projects.
  • Produce accurate and effective written documents and technical reports.
  • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code is required, and an understanding of local agency standards, processes, and procedures is preferred.
