Baltimore Office

We are located at 729 E Pratt Street, Suite 460, Baltmore, MD 21202. Based on Ben’s strong commitment to sustainability, our office has built an on-going relationship with Nuveen Green Capital, helping their clients to qualify for hundreds of millions of dollars in low-cost construction loans and utility rebates. Ben sits on advisory boards and committees for sustainability standards and legislation, and that keeps us up on the latest best practices. We love passing that knowledge on to our clients as they plan their facilities.

In a current project for the Curtis Bay Land Trust, FSi is providing MEP and fire protection design for two new multifamily buildings, totaling 10,000 sf. With FSi’s energy consulting as a support, the owner is pursuing certification from the Passive House Institute US (PHIUS), and a net zero energy design.

The Baltimore team also provides design and energy services to clients that include Morgan State University, Eddie’s of Roland Park, Howard Hughes Corporation, Baltimore County, and Brightview Senior Living.
