Rochelle joined FSi as a contracted employee in July 2024 and was hired full-time a few short months later. She is a rockstar addition to FSi’s accounting team.
With a robust accounting payables background spanning multiple industries, she has honed her skills in diverse environments, from dynamic startups, heavy and civil construction companies, food industry to established corporations. Rochelle embraces both individual & leadership roles, driving innovation and fostering a collaborative team culture. This varied experience has equipped her with a versatile skill set, adaptability, and a deep understanding of different business landscapes, making her a valuable asset to our organization.
She has consistently maintained high work performance throughout her career, striving to stay connected with colleagues and stakeholders. Rochelle is committed to creating an exciting yet peaceful work environment that encourages creativity and productivity. She is known in the Seattle office for keeping her coworkers fed. She makes delicious homemade Filipino food, specifically lumpia and pancit, and often brings in sweet treats.
Rochelle values high work performance and connections and describes herself as exciting and peaceful. She is committed to FSi’s community involvement. She enjoys leading the team in making lunch bags and handing them out to our unhoused friends in Seattle and working with small non-profit organizations, like #hashtaglunchbagseattle and the Annual Toy Drive with Urban League.
Rochelle speaks three languages (English, Tagalog, and Kapampangan). Outside of work, she loves to cook and values her family time. Kickboxing is her favorite form of exercise. She has won a burpee competition, winning the title ‘Burpee Queen’, and her love of stair climbing and community has inspired her to complete the Big Climb fundraiser twice.
