Accounting Clerk (Seattle, WA) (Hybrid Work Model)
FSi Engineers is seeking a full-time accounting clerk with 1-5 years of experience to be an integral part of our team with room to grow into a more robust position. Experience in accounting for architecture, engineering, and construction strongly preferred with an understanding of accounting for billable/non-billable/OH work.

$25.00 – $30.00 per hour

Qualifications
- 1-5 years of accounting experience
- Experience with billable/non-billable work required
- Experience with Deltek software a plus
- Payroll experience a plus
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accounts payable experience preferred
- Aptitude in math
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Customer service skills

RESPONSIBILITES and EXPECTATIONS (other duties may be assigned):
To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required of an Accounting Clerk. - Collects various accounting data necessary to input AP entries in Deltek
- Paying invoices for accounts payable
- Prepares and processes monthly credit card reconciliations
- Process employee expense reports
- Assists in the preparation of reports as required to comply with financial reporting regulations
- Setting up vendors in the accounting system
- Requesting W9’s
- Adjusting entries
- Bank reconciliation
- Performs other related duties as assigned Maintain a positive attitude and help others to maintain theirs
- Have breakdowns, recognize them, accept them, and turn them into successes
- Acknowledge and give feedback
- Take on other responsibilities as assigned (or as self-assigned)
