Silver Lake Water District

FSi is the designer as a consultant to The Austin Company on this project, which includes a 10,000 sf office building, a 5,000 sf maintenance shop, and 5,000 sf of vehicle storage.

The design effort included HVAC and plumbing for the office, gas fired heat and vent units and specialty exhaust for the shop. The project included two computer rooms, both with redundant HVAC and FM 200 fire protection.
