Boeing User Call Contract

FSi has provided mechanical and electrical engineering design and documentation on over 168 repair and maintenance type projects since 1989.

These projects ranged in fees from $2,000 studies to $300,000 in design under two user-call (indefinite quantity type) contracts. The projects have included fast-track schedules, tight budgets, extensive and accurate field investigation, construction support, integration of new designs into industrial facilities and utilities, phased construction, and occupied buildings. The types of facilities included in this work are: office /administrative; training/education buildings; hangars; manufacturing complexes; treatment buildings; shops; warehouses/storage buildings; laboratories. The mechanical systems for these projects have involved: plumbing, potable water, fire water service; steam distribution systems and supports; industrial ventilation, HVAC with DDC/EMCS; paint booth supply and exhaust systems; chilled water systems; fire protection in a wide variety of facilities (wet, dry, foam, etc.); compressed air, aspiration air; major mechanical equipment replacements.
